they called me two hours before my appt. i call back five minutes later and then left a message and called six more times and was never seen.

I had to call the office several times and they told me that they need to reschedule my 1 o'clockappointment. We rescheduled the visit at 2:40 PM, and no one has reached out to me for anything. I'm really sick, and upset that no one cares at that clinic.

When using Zocdoc, they specified what kind of treatment you were looking for. I was needing a GYN, but as it turns out, they thought I was looking for a PCP. I did have a visit with Jenny. She is not a Dr. even though the website said she was. She is a nurse practitioner, which is fine. She was able to help me with what I needed. She is very kind and helpful to me. I still will need to see a GYN at some point.

Came for a first time visit. The staff Were weird. It’s hard to describe other than mean girl-ish. They kept me at the front desk waiting for them to find my insurance and gossiping amongst themselves. When I try help them with what they’re doing they tell me that they’re looking it up. 2 of 4 of them are not at a computer and the two that are are turned to each other talking. Finally I sit and 10 minutes later they call me that I have a copay, which I don’t. Now suddenly I have a wrong meeting type which I don’t tell them but they say to themselves….meaning they knew my meeting type. Now I sit back down and wait another 10 and they call me back up and say there isn’t time to see me. I drove 25 minutes for this appointment and waited 20 just to be told they didn’t have the time…if I’d paid that copay I’d be out money for their mistake. They say I can reschedule for today but I just spent 45 minutes on this. I leave and cancel the appointment. Very disappointing.

Next day 10 mins to appointment office cakes and canceled. Why? Because I hadn't completed the forms. They confirmed my email with screenshot was received but ignored.

Would definitely go back, Dr. Fugere is an excellent practitioner. She listened to all of my concerns and showed so much compassion and empathy. She was quick yet thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed in any way. I would definitely recommend her!
