I am new to the Mansfield area and was looking for a new Primary Care doctor. The office staff was very helpful and my wait time was reasonable, about 12 minutes. After I was called back to see Dr McKenzie, I was pleasantly surprised that he had taken the time to read over my chart. He listened to me when i talked. He also asked about any concerns I had.

Dr. McKenzie was excellent he was very through it was my first visit with him for a check up . I would highly recommend him - he listened to my concerns and ran a test to just be sure . Everything was normal and I will be back .

I was satisfied with the visit overall, however I felt like the wait time from check in to seeing the doctor was longer than expected. I arrived for a 2pm appointment and check in at 1:45. I was called back about 2:30. Seemed a bit long in my opinion. I think a 15 minute rule of thumb is good.
