“I had a great experience popping into my appointment today. My appointment was for 8:30a so I arrived at 8:15a, as it was suggested for a new patient. Checking in only took 2 minutes, as I filled out the necessary paperwork ahead of time online (super easy), and even though I had to wait 15 mins, I was seen at exactly 8:30a. Really appreciated the friendly staff, the location is easily accessible (as there were signs leading you to the back for parking), and very clean. Highly recommend! ”

Was looking for a new Primary and the nice part was it was linked to my previous history and it was a smoother transition to pull up records and history!!

I will not be going back. I felt like she was nice on the surface, but did not actually listen to me or take my problems seriously. It felt like she was talking to a child who scraped their knee rather than an adult with serious health issues impacting their life.
I also had problems with the office staff where I had to explain over and over again what I am asking about (it was a very simple question), only for them to miscommunicate it to the doctor.
Overall, I did not have a good experience.

I made this appointment as a second opinion for a different doctor and she was very matter of fact and stated what the issue was and what I needed to do. She also made sure I had a psych provider as there was a phq 9 in the appointment paperwork.

Good bedside manner, very pleasant and kind, great first experience and the staff in the office are all really nice! Check in was easy and I didn't wait long. I plan to keep visiting!

I liked that they offer evening appointments. Everything was very efficient and the staff was friendly. Got referrals and they have a portal to submit questions to your doctor for follow up issues. Seems good for primary care.
