Jessica Gau, APN has been working with food allergy patients since 2006. She has been involved in clinical research studies and is now implementing knowledge from these trials in her current clinical practice, particularly oral immunotherapy (OIT). She takes pride in supporting her patients through the OIT process with compassion and patience, and finds it rewarding to see how it makes an impactful difference in their lives. Jessica also provides care for patients with environmental allergies, eczema, asthma and hives. She is grateful to be part of an allergy team that delivers such comprehensive care.
