We are located in the heart of Midtown at 23 West 45th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, and at Union Square Clinic, 78 5th Avenue, between 13th and 14th Streets.

The visit was good. The nurses and doctor were all top-notch. Doctor was very welcoming and alternative, she walked me through my options in treatment and made sure I fully understood what the plan is before starting. She's a great communicator and my new PCP.
