I provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and a custom treatment plan developed over time. For follow-ups, I offer a combination of medication or supplements alongside supportive talk therapy. Currently, I am full for longer weekly and bi-weekly therapy visits. My approach to mental health care is to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each individual. I recognize that everyone has their own unique stories and struggles. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
I hold a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University, which informs my comprehensive approach to care. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel empowered, so treatment decisions can be made collaboratively. Together, we will use therapeutic techniques and medication management to address your concerns, helping you heal, grow, and reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
At MindFlow Psychiatry we have an in-depth first session to determine your treatment plan and goals. Together we design a process that works for you, often implementing therapy with combination of medications as needed. Follow up cadence is dependent on fit, plan and availability.
Our front desk team helps verify your cost so you can focus on receiving the care you deserve.
Be prepared to upload insurance images, ID and complete intake forms from our secure portal. A care coordinator will help answer any questions and help you onboard. Lookout for phone screening, texts and emails. We are happy to answer any questions.

Jessica Kirby is the right choice for you if you want someone who genuinely cares about you and if you’re looking to get “your life back!”
She asks all the right questions and listens to all my answers, even when they take a while for me to formulate verbally! She’s not only patient and kind but very passionate about her career in helping others. She also knows the meaning of boundaries! She passes no judgement whatsoever and completely meets you where you need to be met. Whether the entire process of therapy is scary for you, or maybe just certain parts, Jessica provides comfort and solutions all at the same time.
I already sent one friend to her and that friend has also responded to me with amazing results.
I have been seeing Jessica for a little over a month and my only regret is not meeting her sooner. :)
