About Jessica Kramer

Jessica Kramer, PA-C, is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Assistant. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. Jessica is a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She received specific training in dermatology alongside Dr. Rubinstein. This is the worst experience in my adult life of 53 years with staff, and provider. She merely glanced quickly at my miles and concerning areas and dismissed my concerns. Negative 200.
I went twice to see Dr. Kramer, and both times I was welcomed with nasty attitude. The first time, the reception didn’t even look at my face but was speaking to me. And when I asked for a clipboard, she turned, looked at me and stated that it was only one question. Everybody else was pleasant including Dr. Kramer. The second time, Dr. Kramer came in smiling but asked about a drug she mentioned last visit. I told her I am still thinking and cautious about it. She proceeded to scold me regarding my reasoning behind sitting with the idea because I want to try to naturally control it like I used to. You can tell she was annoyed. When she finally gave me the steroid injection I came in for, she didn’t do the 1-2-3 count and was just rushing through it. It was extremely weird and unsettling to have a Dr push a drug to the point of interrogating their patient on their decision. The drug she recommended is long term use for my HS. Yeah, rush into long term use of a drug.
