She was in general very nice but after the appointment I felt like a lot of my concerns were still unanswered and she felt a bit rushed. Poorly described a treatment plan and told me a bunch of things NOT to do, but didn’t really tell me what to do. And i felt like she underestimated how much pain I was in and have been in since the visit.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly medical receptionist/administrative assistant. Everything was paperless which I always appreciate. I was called in very quickly and was given clear instructions during my in-take. Covid safety guidelines were practiced throughout this entire process. Jessica was great! Made me feel completely comfortable and listened to all my concerns attentively. Best part: she explained the entire process which is great for someone with anxiety. I will remain a patient here.

Dr. Robinson was great! I came in with a lot of concerns and problems, and she solved all of them. I had a lot of anxiety coming in, but she was so kind and relaxed. Her bedside manner was fantastic! As I came in looking for several solutions, she made sure to keep everything in a range that was accepted by my insurance. Not only that, she was able to refer me to a great dermatology office for the urgency of my situation. I am so happy and thankful for her help and kindness. I will definitely be going back and will refer her to everyone.

I’m so happy to have come here! She listens which is so important and she also explains everything to you. I appreciate it that because sometimes I find myself not knowing why I’m taking a certain dosage of birth control and she explained it all. I will continue to come her because she also will be my PCP.

Jessica was great! I gave her all my family history and told her what I’ve been dealing with. It seems like I knew her from somewhere else because we bonded so easily! She’s a great doctor and just phenomenal. Clean office, everyone wore a mask, and her nurses and the lady who took my blood past my expectations!

The staff is so friendly and nice. They are VERY clean and consistent with sanitizing objects (chairs,pens, door knobs etc.) after someone uses it. Doc is super nice and sweet. It felt more like discussing my health and concerns with a friend instead of a doctor. Doc is very knowledgeable and seeks the best treatment and medication for you. Definitely making her my new PCP as a new resident of the Houston area.

I parked outside at my appointment time (Thursday 3:30pm) and texted/called to be let in. There was no wait and the check in process was contactless and quick. For an annual physical they weighed me, took my vitals, and brought the PA right in to see me. Jessica took her time addressing my concerns and was very pleasant. My bloodwork was drawn on site and I was escorted out so I didn't get lost during my first time. Staff was pleasant and professional.
They instructed me to download the app and I was able to easily see my lab results two days later and talk with Jessica through the app.

I have never been to a Doctor that was more personable than Dr. Jessica was. I mean it started at the reception desk with the clerk that was very courteous. Than I was able to see Tiara which was nice as well. Dr. Jessica will make you feel comfortable. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the things she discusses with you. no gray areas. I have made her my primary physician and it’s going to take an extraordinary person to change that.
