Saw Dr. Grossman as part of same practice- she was professional, had excellent bed side manner and there was very little wait time. Some doctors leave patients sitting and waiting in exam room for inordinate amount of time (not Dr. Grossman). Highly recommend!

I would give this 10+ stars across the board if I could!!! Dr. Hagen was extremely comforting, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I booked my appointment the morning of and they fit me right in. The wait was very brief and the actually visit was great. Even with two shots, it was still a pleasant appointment. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a podiatrist that will treat you like a friend.

During surgery the business of payment and instructions were given concerning a big check. This would be theirs, procedure was not beneficial the pain still exist. Told some patients need a second procedure, this was not well; there was not a second procedure. Never going back!!! 3years later, OMG

The visit was okay. I came for a visit on account of my foot pain. I waited 45min in the waiting room. Another 25 in the room to be seen. I waited again another 30 for an x-ray and again after that. I was given a shot and sent home. The doctor seemed preoccupied and otherwise engaged in other matters. I found out right before I left that I had a serious foot sprain which my result in an MRI in 2weeks. This was not mentioned through the visit because the doctor was in and out of the room seeing other patients.

I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone! I went in with sprained ankle and I was given pain control injections without asking (when I had no pain whatsoever). I went with it thinking I will feel better. Two weeks later, I went again and they removed a mole (again without asking) and scaring me on what if I dont get it done. A month later, I have more than large bill on injections, that "procedure" etc. I felt that the practice is more into getting the maximum dollars while ignoring the actual pain and problem...I didnt go for any follow-ups to avoid further rip off...

I would assume that me being a new patient the situation would have it that she was 30 minutes late for my appointment (two appointment booked at the same time for her). Then the X-ray machine film was bad they took 3 sets of x-rays all which were unable to be developed. Based that Dr. Hagen was very knowledgeable knew my issue immediately and treated me with great care. She was very apologetic for all the misques. I would still return, great staff and doctor.

I didn't see Dr. Hagen, I saw one of the other doctors in her office. The doctor I saw was great. I had a stress fracture two months before my wedding, and she did everything to make sure the boot was off my foot in time.
