Verified patient
Dr. Chan is an excellent provider, very thorough and a good listener. I would definitely see him again and highly recommend him. My only complaint with the office in general is that no one confirmed my pharmacy. The prescription was sent to a mail-order pharmacy (that was used 2 years ago). Since I am leaving today for an overseas trip, I was unable to get the prescription filled in time.
Verified patient
What a great experience!! I was refreshing to say the least, the office was brand new, and you could see the staffs pride in that as well. Dr. Chan was friendly / professional and to the point.. in today’s world! Customer service has certainly taken a Backseat.. to have this experience renewed my hope in the health care field.. Thank you..

Very personable, professional, and showed concerned for my hand issue. Staff, PA, and doctor listened to my concerns as well as informed me of all that could be the root of my hand issue and recovery after issue is taken care of. I have confidence and trust that Dr. Chan will get to the root of the problem, and I will again have full use and less discomfort presently in my hand. I highly recommend Dr. Chan.

Verified patient
Excellent experience from the front desk staff, to the xray tech and finally to Dr Chan ... everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Verified patient
when I finally saw the doctor it just felt very rushed I could tell he had somewhere to go. I could tell you without any hesitation that the doctor was not in the room with me over 5 minutes. I can't recall if he even put his hands on me to check himself. The overall office experience was good, even though I wasn't seen by the doctor until a little over 30 min, a PA did come in and ask a few questions.
Verified patient

Dr. Chan was very nice! I had knee pain and I wanted to make sure that nothing more serious needed was happening. I had an x-ray and it was determined that it was a contusion that would have to get better with time. They gave me a prescription for Physical Therapy which I might use if i feel like I need in 4 weeks
