Dr. C is very pleasant and has amazing bedside manner! She is professional, personable and respectful. I usually feel somewhat uncomfortable and vulnerable at doctors appointments; and not able to connect with and or trust the doctor. Many usually rush visits, however Dr. Carcaterra took her time and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the visit. She thoroughly listened to my health concerns and made medical recommendations based on the conversation we had. Her feedback was very helpful. I’m glad that I found a PCP who actually is involved in the patients’ care and health. The gentleman at the front desk check in was also very welcoming and polite as well. It was an overall very comfortable and pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend.

I love her. Hate the waiting room. I felt unsafe because it was overcrowded. I decided after 30 minutes waiting for bloodwork to leave. I was just too uncomfortable and wasn’t worthy the risk.
