I would definitely recommend Dr. Towers and her staff. I went in for a routine checkup and found a mole getting darker so they took it off no problem. She was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable!

Great doctor. ZocDoc big fail- office had no record of my appointment upon arrival, despite multiple emails and confirms from ZocDoc for my upcoming appointment.

Dr. Towers and her team were incredible. It was my first time at a dermatologist in 20 years, so was feeling nervous. I walked in and was greeted, taken back to the room, and the medical assistant talked through what was going to happen/what to expect. Dr. Towers came in and was extremely kind and took the time to explain what she was looking at and what she was looking for. She ensured I was comfortable and knew what was happening. Talked through options and didn't feel pressured in any way. I'm definitely coming back for future needs.

PA Towers listened patiently to all my concerns, answered many questions, and explained everything thoroughly. She was so kind and welcoming, that it put me at ease and I am confident that the acne treatment plan she advised for me will be good. The attending nurse was also very friendly. There was hardly any wait and everything from check in to making an appointment on the way out was handled efficiently.

Wait time was more than 30 minutes. This includes me waiting in the disposable gown for the majority of the time. The doctor and assistant were nice. However they were rushed. She Mentioned a cream that was going to prescribe me and forgot at the end. Very unclear instructions of what to do next
I had to call ahead because my appointment wasn’t confirmed and they didn’t even bother to call me at all.

I had a great experience and I was most impressed by two things. First, they were thorough and wouldn't let me leave until I had some answers. Second, concern for my overall wellbeing and how I was doing throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The office was easy to find. The waiting area was comfortable and the reception was very welcoming.
My physician was kind, thorough and explained everything to me. I felt respected and had a great experience. Highly recommend Zocdoc AND this physician.
