Disgusting discouraging, and it made me feel worse. She was disgustingly, rude, judgmental argumentative, and she doesn’t even know me. She looked at me like I was stupid the whole time and then insisted she knew my symptoms are what she doesn’t know what I’m diagnosed with. She tried to cross, examine my medication like I’m stupid and I haven’t been taking them for 20+ years then she tries to pretend she’s gonna help me but instead she just says she is and then just doesn’t send anything in so I just wait for no reason after she also yelled at me and kept talking over me like her voice counts more or holds more power I only put up with it because I wanted my prescriptions believe me that’s the last thing she has as respect for anybody that actually needs to be helped. I’m offended and I’m gonna report this to every single business bureau. I might even take it to court because she made my anxiety worse
