You can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. I take time to understand what is actually going on in your life, not just your symptoms, so we can create a plan that feels realistic and effective.
My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and more in control of your mental health, with a clear path forward.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start with a comprehensive first visit where I take time to understand your history, current concerns, stressors, and goals. This helps us build a full picture of what you are experiencing and what is contributing to it.
From there, we create a clear, personalized treatment plan. This may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, or advanced treatments like TMS or Spravato® when appropriate.
Follow-up visits are consistent and focused. We look at what is improving, what still feels challenging, and adjust your plan so you continue moving forward in a steady and manageable way.
The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more balanced, more capable, and better able to function in your everyday life.
