My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel safe sharing your story. I take time to listen closely so I can understand not just your symptoms, but also your goals, values, and life circumstances. My style is calm, collaborative, and supportive. I want you to feel heard and included in every decision we make.
I combine medication management with supportive talk therapy and motivational interviewing, and when appropriate, I can connect patients with advanced treatments like TMS or Spravato® here at Bella Vida TMS. Above all, I want you to feel that you have a trusted partner walking alongside you on your mental health journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In your first visit at Bella Vida TMS, I’ll take time to get to know your history, current concerns, and goals for care. We may use screening tools or questionnaires to better understand your symptoms, and then we’ll discuss treatment options together. Your plan may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, or advanced treatments such as TMS or Spravato®.
Follow-up sessions are focused on how you’re doing, making adjustments when needed, and ensuring you feel supported along the way. My approach is holistic and collaborative. I want to help you not just manage symptoms, but feel more balanced, hopeful, and confident in daily life.
