About Dr. John Gil

Dr. Gil received his Bachelor of Science degree at Columbia University in 1983 and his Doctorate of Medicine University at Stony Brook, School of Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Southside Hospital in Bayshore in 1990. Dr. Gil is currently the school physician for many school districts in the area. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, caring for his dogs, keeping fit through regular exercise and is an avid sports fan.

It was more then I expected, the staff were friendly and courteous. They took the time to listen to all I had to say and very clear with explaining anything. The wait was less than I’ve ever had to wait in any other doctor’s office. The office was very clean and the lab. was right there, very convenient and quick too. So YES, I would definitely recommend this Doctor’s office to my family and friends.
