The wait was very long. I probably would have been better off going to the emergency room. When people go to the doctor it's because something is wrong and they didn't treat it as such.

Dr. Houser was very personable and unlike the great majority of doctors; he actually sat down and took the time to get to know me, my medical history, and most of all he didn't give me that 'in a rush " vibe like alot of MD's do. He smiled very often, was articulant, and explained everything to me very meticulously. The staff are very mannerable, helpful, prompt, and even a little humorous at times. I Loved this Doctor and Staff !

he was honest with his opinions, his staff wasn't courtesy, the reception was on her cell phone when i arrived, the wait was over 2 hours long, and i was at my appointed at 9:45 am, when my appointed wasn't till 10:15 am, and still had that long of a wait

My visit today was so much better than my first visit, the staff was friendly and courtesy. My wait time in the waiting room was 25 minutes, then 45 minutes to see the doctor, which wasn't too bad overall. Thanks ZocDoc staff for making my visit so much better.

He's a pretty nice doctor however the woman at the front check in was very Nasty. these are the first people you'll see when going to the doctor. she talked so nasty that it makes a person never want to go back there again. if I'd Gotten the same treatment from Dr. Houser. I wouldn't go back..

I have never been to a doctor and been treated so poorly! People see doctors because they need help, and if you can't help them, then at least point them in the direction they need to go. Dr. Houser simply got up from his chair and left the room. Didn't give me another doctors name or advice or anything. I don't know how this man is a doctor and I wouldn't recommend him to any one!

first of all his front desk clerk was very helpful . dr. houser him self was very calm and relaxed, which made me more relaxedand . he sat and listen, examined me and gave me his assement. he let the person with me come back to speak with him.over all i would recommend Dr. Houser. THANK YOU.

There's nothing worse than to leave the doctor's office knowing something is still wrong with you. I left this appointment and went straight to the county health department for further assistance. The doctor was pleasant, his staff was not.

I have never visited a worse doctor,patronised me and looked at me as if I was dumb when explaining my problems.He at last told me since I had told him that my sister had the same issue but went to a different doctor,that`s what I should do.Worst experience ever!!!!!!Should have read reviews before burning my gas to drive over 30 miles and leave his office without a solution

my son accidentally knocked over my coffee while filling out paperwork. The receptionist was on the phone talking about her dinner plans. I asked her what I should do about the coffee spilled wondering if they had maintenance or not and she rolled her eyes told her friend or whoever to hold on a minute because she is being bothered and told me to go to the bathroom get towels and clean it up. while I don't mind cleaning up after my son I was there for knee problems and she knew about it already. still I got down on my hands and knees while she talked about her dinner plans and cleaned up the coffee myself while people just looked at me or just walked over me. absolutely absurd I do not mind whatsoever cleaning up after my son but for someone to stay on the phone with a friend not even a patient and not help me is ridiculous and on top of that I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room and 45 minutes in the room to be seen
