I had to get something removed from my finger after a nail injury and the whole office was so upbeat and friendly, that mood kept me from freaking me out more than I already was. The doctor really took the time and care to make sure I was comfortable and wasn't in pain. I was scared going into the appointment and I was smiling walking out.

Clean office front desk lady super nice, was seen right away. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and caring. Dr Leppard was amazing. Nice kind great bedside manner. He made me feel so comfortable. He went over everything in a manner that I could understand, not medical terms. I would recommend this office to everyone. My husband will be switching over as well.

The wait was longer than I expected, but once I went into the room the staff and doctor were personable and professional. Doctor Leppard has excellent bedside manners and gave me his optimistic impression of my medical concern. Scheduling my appointment was very user friendly and efficient.

I thought it was poor. My appointment was 5:30pm. The office told me it was 6:10. I was taken in after 6:15.
The doctor, while examing my shoulder, some how put his hand high up on my thigh for absolutely no reason making me uncomfortable.
I will never utilize that doctor ever again.

Waited in the waiting room for an hour before I was called in to the examine room where I then waited for another hour before being seen by Dr. Leppard. Don't understand why he was so behind schedule because he was in and out of my room in less then 5 minutes didn't give any explaination to results or any alternatives offered a shot to take away pain went and got it administered the shot fast and in a rush and that was it. Didn't seem to care much in explaining anything to me or offering assistance. Will be seeing a different Doctor next time.
