He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Mount Sinai Medical Center. His tranquil, spa-like office provides unrushed, customized care to women of all decades of life.
To provide his patients with the best possible care, Dr. Paciuc regularly attends and participates in local as well as global medical conferences. He's always excited to cull cutting-edge women's health and wellness knowledge to bring home and share with his patients.
Educated in the U.S., yet having lived and traveled extensively, Dr. Paciuc is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Romanian and conversant in Italian. His multilingual talents serve him well, making his international clientele feel right at home during office visits.
Although still a generalist in OB/GYN, his true passion is assisting women to navigate through the pre-, peri-, and post-menopause. He is published in the field of hormones and menopause and is credentialed as a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP). His treatment philosophy is two-tiered. First, as a staunch advocate that women should never suffer in silence, he offers relief of symptoms with both hormonal and non-hormonal options. Second, understanding that the menopause transition is a unique sentinel point, he screens for risk of future chronic illnesses and works individually to implement risk reduction strategies for the prevention of those illnesses.

Dr. Paciuc has such a wonderful and welcoming personality. Unlike many other doctor's offices, did not feel rushed and I appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns. He is very knowledgable and compassionate. His office manager, Lu is very sweet and efficient. Overall, this is very pleasant experience.
