Friendly doctor and let me explain my problem with my knee while he listened and later followed up with me. He also went into detail while performing my examination and offered up more than one option as far as diagnosis.

All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Pearce is very pleasant and I am 150% confident in his knowledge and care. He takes all the time necessary to explain, answer questions, and make sure you are comfortable with the circumstances.

More about Dr. John Pearce, MD
Proudly serving Austin Texas, Dr. John C. Pearce, MD, Board Certified and Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon, is recognized by Austin Monthly Magazine as one of Austin’s Best Doctors in 2002, 2004, 2007, and 2009. He was also recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor between 2005 and 2009.
Dr. John Pearce received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. After which he completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the Bexar County Hospital District/Medical Center Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. He also completed a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Pearce is the orthopedic consultant to the University of Texas Women’s Athletics and St. Edwards University, Men’s and Women’s Athletics Departments. He has special interest in shoulder, elbow and hand reconstruction as well as lower extremity reconstruction.
