About Dr. John Virga
Dr. John S. Virga graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has been practicing chiropractic care in Hialeah and Hollywood for over 35 years. Dr. Virga has successfully treated thousands of men, women, and children. He is dedicated to helping people in Miami-Dade and Broward who have suffered injuries from auto accidents, work-related accidents, sports injuries, headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, and arm pain.

Naturally, most people think that chiropractors only help neck and back problems. I have seen chiropractic produce wonderful results with a variety of problems you wouldn’t normally associate with the spine. Chiropractic is safe. Chiropractic is natural. Chiropractic works.”
The philosophy of chiropractic is that health—not merely the absence of symptoms—comes from within the body, not from the outside. It is the innate, or inborn, intelligence of our bodies that does the healing. It is not the drugs, the surgeries, or the physician/chiropractor that does the healing, but the body itself. It is the job and the great honor of the chiropractor to remove subluxations or pinched nerves so that the power that made the body may heal itself.

Dr. Virga is the second chiropractor I have visited to get adjustments and treatment for chronic neck and upper back pain. Within moments of beginning my initial examination, Dr. Virga had identified my biggest trigger points as well as the location of my back's misalignment. This was not my best or worst chiropractor experience. The location is not ideal and kind of run down. It’s very difficult to find a parking spot at this location and I had to wander around on site for about 10 minutes before I found the location. I’m glad my appointment was in the morning because I would not feel safe wandering around this building at night. When I finally got to the office, the wait was short.
If all you want is your back realigned, this chiropractor can meet your needs.
The receptionist made a political comment against women that I felt was unprofessional for a medical office and the doctor unnecessarily asked me to smile in response to his treatment plan. These were minor things that made me uncomfortable and maybe if everything else about the office visit had been amazing I could have overlooked these comments, but it was just average, so i won’t be going back.

Great experience. This was my first time ever to see a chiropractor. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing loss of strength and feeling in my right arm after seeing Dr. Virga I had notable difference that same day. And improvement several days late. I would definitely recommend!

Great doctor - I walked away feeling 1000x better, but somewhat dodgy office (the one in Hialeah). Could definitely use a big update and organizing to make it feel more comfortable. Otherwise it was a great experience!

If suffering from sciatica, pinched nerves etc. you should be seeing Dr. Virga. No commercial, real life pain relief. Gentle but effective. Neck cracked like a deck of cards lol. He’s the man.

I had a great experience at the chiropractor's office. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was enthusiastic and passionate about his work. The office showcased a collection of cartoons, paintings, dolls, action figures, sculptures, and other items that reflected his love for chiropractic. He explained my issues to me, gave me a treatment, and offered some advice. I felt much better when I left than when I came in.
