Dedicated to providing the best care possible, Dr. Serrano attends annual continuing education training sessions to broaden his surgical skills and knowledge. Dr. Serrano performs many in-office procedures, including removal of cysts and lipomas, as well as chemical ablation, radiofrequency ablations, and phlebectomy procedures for varicose veins.
