I am a Board Certified Medical Doctor with 11 years of education and training after secondary school: 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school at Howard University (Doctor of Medicine), and 3 years of hospital internship and residency in Pediatrics at Howard University. I have been practicing medicine for 41 years. I give the yellow fever vaccine and other vaccines to all ages, from newborns to senior citizens, for patients traveling abroad or attending school in the USA.
We offer shots for any reason and all ages, including flu shots, tetanus shots, and shots for immigration physicals, as well as for those traveling to Mecca for Ramadan and Hajj. I specialize in two areas: travel medicine-providing travel vaccines to all ages-and general pediatrics, caring for patients from newborns to age 21. I see patients by appointment and walk-ins.
I am a member of IAMAT (The International Association of Medical Assistance to Travelers), a network of English-speaking, Western-trained, licensed doctors with travel medicine experience and offices worldwide.
