Really it was neither bad or very good. It just happened that the delay was due to the nurse who was not familiar with setting up interpreting service. When finally set up things were moving on at satisfactory pace. They were good. Doctor and nurse

The wait was a long time, so it was difficult to entertain a 12 month old. The doctor was very kind and listened well. He had good questions about our baby.
