About Dr. Jonathan Jassey

Hi! I’m Dr. Jonathan Jassey, a board-certified private pediatrician since 2007. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed my pediatrics residency at Winthrop University Hospital. Treating countless families, I have developed expertise caring for patients from newborns to late adolescence. My experience with young children has helped many families navigate challenges like infant colic and sleep concerns. I am co-author of “The Newborn Sleep Book,” based on the success of my methods and commitment to helping parents and children get much-needed sleep. That is just the beginning of many parenting journeys. Recently, mental health has become a key part of pediatric care. My interests and experience in treating children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD allow me to provide care addressing the whole child and family. I am honored to have received the Patients’ Choice Award for three consecutive years and the Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award. I am humbled by my patients’ recognition of the impact I have made on their health. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Suzanne, and our three daughters, Charli, Camryn, and Harper. I love coaching them in basketball, soccer, and softball. My hobbies include playing basketball and being a diehard Mets, Giants, Knicks, and Islanders fan. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants as a foodie. I started Concierge Pediatrics to bring old-school medicine to modern times, being an extension of your family. I am excited to give all of myself to treating patients and providing the time needed to address their medical needs.
