Dr. Vigdorchik operates on my shoulder a few years ago. I had a torn labrum and he was incredible in helping me understand my issue, the treatment as well as the recovery expectations. Phenomenal doctor and overall good guy.

He was pleasant, courteous, and inciteful...The doctor got right to the point about what l needed to do for my arthritic knees and deformed bones... Since l am an older woman l feel he knew enough from prior experience what to recommend as far as knee replacement was concerned....

I’m dealing with a lot and I’m sad he isn’t the doctor that can do my surgery but he gave me a referral for a clinic dr that can. I thought he was nice and seems like a great doctor
everyone from the front desk to the doctor himself were extremely kind and professional. the office is gorgeous and clean! Dr. Vigdorchik is very intelligent and thorough about his practice. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

After 3 years of pain in my hip and leg, trying everything from massage to chiropractic care to acupuncture, and fetting a lot of non-answers, i made an appointment here. The staff took xrays, and Dr. Vigdorchik immediately saw what was wrong, explained it thoroughly, and let me know what the process would be to help fix the issue. He said "you came to the right place" and i know i did.

Would have been a ten except for wait time but new patient check-in was a breeze --the facilities are top notch. Receptionist Kendda, X-Ray technician Denis and PA Dominique were awesome and the doc were all outstanding. They made me very comfortable and cared for as a human being and not a piece of meat. Dr. V offered me an a complete diagnosis (taking his time to make sure I understood what was going on at the end of both our very busy days) and gave me some good OBJECTIVE advice to consider. Plus he's a swimmer--BONUS!! Excellent Doctor Patient experience. Thank you to Dr. V and the staff at

My appt was for 2PM when I arrived they sent me down the hall for xrays then back to the Doc's office, he walked in just as the nurse finished taking vitals. Explained in detail my xrays and options, answered any questions. I was finished and out by 3:35. Very professional, pleasant. Only confusing issue was, the front desk, when I arrived, said Zocdoc appt was not a confirmed time and you should call office to confirm. (Zocdoc had already sent me a confirmed email). Still they saw me in the time slot, so I think they just have some slight computer issues.

Incredibly disappointed. While Dr. Vigdorchik was pleasant, he offered virtually no assessment of my problem UNTIL I kept questioning for some answers. He first words to me were quite extreme (major surgery reference). What a ghastly and inappropriate approach. Only when I persisted with questions did he offer other viable solutions first. Shameful and unconscionable! A doctor should take the lead once a patient has provided sufficient information and not be begged for a reasonable evaluation. No direction and no guidance from this doctor. Perhaps he is too young and will need to learn his lessons about his approach if enough patients tell the truth.
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Vigdorchik. He did a really great job of making sure I fully understood my x-ray, injury and options — he's so attentive, patient and knowledgable, and he made me feel comfortable. (I've met a lot of New York doctors with huge egos, and he was so friendly and nice!) I would absolutely recommend him to family/friends. I also wanted to make a note about the staff (receptionists and x-ray tech) who were all so helpful and professional.

Umm.... He knows his stuff but he comes off pretty rude..it seems that if you dont meet his expectations of a person than he treats you like you dont really matter. It seems like he was trying to hard to be polite just to get a good review ( i told him i found him on ZocDoc ). But hey like i said, he was informative but came off rude.. Dont go to him if you aren't a rich older squared up white person.. He WILL demean you just based of your appearence. Would i recomend him... Probably not.
The doctor did a good job; he was professional, knowledgeable, etc., but the front desk staff left something to be desired. The woman I dealt with seemed like she did not want to be bothered with answering my questions. In contrast, I went across the hall for imaging and the woman at the front desk there was very helpful. All-in-all it was a pretty good office visit. Dr. Vigdorchik was very personable and asked me a lot of questions to determine what I needed and how I wanted to proceed. I have to mention that I was somewhat put-off by the name of the facility, since it is a "center for men's health" and I am a woman. That was not included in the Zocdoc description and I thought it was somewhat strange.

Excellent staff! They were all very helpful and friendly. The office is nice, clean and accommodating. Dr. Vigdorchic was professional, honest and friendly. I felt comfortable even though in a bad situation. I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this doctor.
Love the office and every one in the facility. Dr. Vigdorchik was very professional and explain everything in detail. As well his staff.

Dr. Vigdorchik was very kind and thorough as was the staff. I liked the office very bright and inviting. I would definitely see him again.
Verified patient
The long wait time is due to the NYU facility. If you are a new patient, get there with plenty of time ahead for an x-rays, etc. The Dr. saw me right away after this.
