Staff was attentive and very friendly/approachable which is not always the case at doctor’s offices. Jordan saw me right away and learned about my lifestyle and health history and was very easy to talk to and open up to about any concerns. She was informative and knowledgeable and made the visit easy and efficient! I had been looking for a provider in the area since moving from the city a few years ago and would highly recommend this office and Jordan!

Jordan Neumann is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rush University this spring. She previously practiced as a nurse for over 5 years in emergency medicine, outpatient allergy & immunology, and as a frontline COVID-19 nurse throughout the pandemic. Furthermore, she has extensive experience with infusion therapies for health optimization and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Dr. Neumann conducted research on effective dietary interventions for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis at WholeHealth, and also led research on the link between Vitamin D deficiency and COVID-19 risk during the pandemic. Additionally, she did clinical training at WholeHealth, at Rush’s preventive medicine center, and women’s health clinics.
Her interest in functional medicine stems from a desire to provide patients with holistic solutions to complex health issues, instead of simply providing a temporary band aid solution. She looks forward to working alongside her patients to provide treatment for acute and chronic concerns through an integrative lens.

Jordan has been the only provider I have seen that has actually listened to me and been confident in the fact she will find the cause. All other providers I have seen seem to try to push me off to another. She has been so helpful in this situation I have felt so lost in!

Jordan is amazing. I was anxious about hearing bad news on my lab reports but she was so calm and gentle explaining them to me. She took a generous amount of time to listen to everything we had to say. She asked good questions and was reassuring that she and everyone else is there to support me. She even offered to walk me down the hall very slowly because I cannot walk with ease. We left with a treatment plan to follow up immediately- she even placed the order of supplements for us! She took the time to explain what each of the items were for and how they would make me feel. We felt so, so cared for. Highly highly recommend Jordan!

Dr. Neumann is an amazing doctor. She is an out-of-the-box thinker and treats me as a unique individual as opposed to routine. I can’t say enough good things about her thoroughness, respectfulness, & bedside manner. She partners with you in your health, but you are respected as being the driver in the driving seat. I feel safe with her and I trust her. I’m so thankful I found her!

Dr. Neumann is an amazing doctor. She is thorough, respectful, and believes my symptoms to talk through the options. In the past, doctors would just push a medication without weighing the pros and cons, but Dr. Neumann discussed all the options and made a plan with me. I can’t say enough great things about her. Let me first start by saying that I never write reviews, good or bad, but after my son's appoint with Jordan Neumann, I felt the need to share our positive experience. Our son has been experiencing a cognitive decline for the last 2-3 years with this last year being the most significant. He is a bright, athletic, and highly ambitious young man, but he has lost his ability to focus, concentrate, feel emotions and is lethargic. Going from an A+ student down to a C this year. We have taken him to neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists, functional/internists and even had a MRI done, the list goes on and on. The poor kid has had more blood tests done in the last year than most people have in a lifetime. No one was able to diagnose or explain to us what any of the results meant.
Then came Jordan. She spent so much time with us asking everything starting from birth to present day and explained what she saw from the labs. Low and behold- he has Lyme Disease. We feel hopeful for once.

My care provider was lyme literate which i appreciated and she was great. the clybourn office front desk ladies were exceptional and part of the reason i decided to get a telehelath visit here. the lady that called after my appt to see if i had question and let me know my cost and that was nice too. the online schedule was nice to be able to access however i had trouble accessing the telehealth option one day and the front desk helped me on the phone when i had trouble. a great experience all in all.
your telehealth visit allowed me to get an expert opinion from my home in Michigan for an affordable fee. THANK YOU
