After discovering her on Realself.com and seeing the good reviews, I decided to go for a consultation about possible laser treatment. For the most part she was very informative and quick, and "nice", but I felt ever so slightly a few flippant responses to some of my questions. And even though her office is supposed to honor a discount on consultations if you find them through Realself, the receptionist dismissed that I had mentioned that because as she said "well you BOOKED it through ZocDoc"... as if it's possible to book directly through Realself. I left the office feeling very uncomfortable, like something about it was 'off', and I for months I couldn't decided if should return and begin the laser process. I ended up going with a different doctor where I felt my first visit was more comfortable, and I'm glad I did.
