As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward improved mental health and well-being. I believe in a compassionate, evidence-based approach that prioritizes each person’s unique story, goals, and strengths. My practice focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their care. Together, we’ll work toward achieving balance, resilience, and lasting positive change.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I know that seeking help for your mental health can take courage, and I deeply respect each person’s journey. I take time to listen, collaborate, and find a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle. I value open communication and believe that healing happens best when we work together as a team.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our first session, I take time to get to know you — your background, current challenges, and goals for treatment. We’ll review your history, discuss any symptoms or concerns, and work together to create a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and collaboration with other providers or therapists as needed.
Follow-up visits focus on checking in about how you’re feeling, reviewing progress, and making thoughtful adjustments to your plan. My goal is to build a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel supported and empowered throughout your mental health journey.
