“the staff is rude, especially towards people who don't speak Spanish. they talk about non Spanish speaking individuals in their language. I caught them using a translator. very terrible. The physician is amazing just not his office staff. ”

I made an appointment specifically to see Dr Chavarria who was recommended by a friend. It was all confirmed, but at the last minute they changed and I saw another person. It was disappointing.

Waited a hour an a half to be called by their nurse and I was sent back to the waiting room for the DOCTOR to call me ! Not to mention the doctor was doing a procedure at the time of my appt.. my problem isn’t the stuff but the operation .. if the doctor wasn’t available for appts they shouldn’t have those time slots available. I’ll never come here again!! They need to correct the system they have implemented. Instead of wasting my time in the waiting area making me late for work! I highly DON’T RECOMMEND if u don’t have time to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours or more ! If u like waiting over two hours this is the place for you.

He told me to put ice on my penis but didn’t explain me to put with towel or ice pack not to put directly and now I got cut on my glans tips ice burn blackness my sensitivity moisture is gone and some areas got pressed because of putting ice directly

Poor follow up after appointment.
Jose and Dilip said I will get the prescription at the pharmacy. However, two days have passed, and Walgreens has no clue about my prescription. There is no way to follow up with them and ask what is going on. Basically waiting for an hour was all a waste there, I'll have to get another appointment for the same thing at another place who can send the prescription to my home.

Jose was very professional and helped suggest a good treatment course that is helping. The office is quite busy, so the initial wait was longer than expected, but seeing Jose was worth it.
