Doctor went put of his way to help clean up after my son had a large accident in the office. He didn't push the work off to other staff and he was understanding of the accident. He listened to what I thought was wrong with my son, confirmed what I suspected and still provided more information on the issue, and was trusting of my intuition as a parent

We have been coming here since Dr. Alva was at this location. Of course nobody can replace him but we like st staff and Dr. Renteria listens and addresses our concerns during our visit. We never wait longer than 30 minutes!

The visit was great. Except, I do have one complaint. Everytime I make my appointment on Zocdoc the appointment is not noticed until way passed my appointment time. Its almost like they are unaware of the appointment. They have even told me that Zocdoc has me registered as a new patient which I am not. We have been going to this office for 12 years.
