Our team includes providers with advanced education, including a Master’s in Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree from Barry University, as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilkes University. We deliver continuous, comprehensive, and personal care in a professional manner. Our goal is wellness and prevention through education, early detection, and overall health maintenance.

I came in on a Saturday to meet with Dr. James Joseph just to find out he was not there. I checked in by 11:15AM and had to leave at 1:30pm because I had not yet been seen by a doctor and had other plans for my Saturday. This is my first time choosing a primary for a medical issue and I was so disappointed to the point that it made me emotional. This center doesn’t respect their patients time, do not come here.

About 3 years ago this office was great to visit, but now its terrible. Not only did I not see this doctor, but it took over 1h and half to see a doctor who didn't spoke unless I said anything. I prefer to taking the day off work (appointment was on Sat.) than having an experience like this again. Long wait time for something that before it took less than a hour to finish.

I want it to be seen by Dr James but even though he was listed on ZocDoc he was on vacations and no one contacted me to let me know. The Dr that I was scheduled with took an hour to see me in the room, I came the room twice asking when I was going to be seen and I was told both times I was next. I had to stand at the door so everyone can see me and finally I was seen.

Overall a great experience. It took a bit longer to be seen than I had hoped for, but I'm also a first time patient, so I understand if that may have been a factor. Other than that, Dr. James was wonderful and so was the rest of the staff. Looking forward to going back to see him soon.

I made an appointment and when I got there I was kept waiting for an hour, and when I mentioned it to an office worker she stated "it's still going to be awhile so you might want to reschedule"

Doctor James was nice, so was his assistant, however, the nurse who took took my vitals was extremely unprofessional, didn't even let me see my blood pressure, said she couldn't find my chart, used a BP cuff. Office was filthy. Receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy in NJ when I'm in FL.
IT TOOK 3 days and 7 phone calls to get the prescription over to the right pharmacy.
Neve going there again.
