Yeah maybe I just got unlucky but the young lady who checked my hearing was very unprofessional and disinterested. Based on the way she hurriedly completed the test, I have almost close to zero confidence in the accuracy of the results. I am a very polite person who always gives people the benefit of the doubt but in this instance, on reflection, this young lady needs to slow down, stop looking boring and trying accordingly to complete the test quickly so she can get back on her phone (ouch :). Sorry, but there is truth in that statement. Have a good day and maybe have a word with your young staff, because I will not be back and I will not recommend this practice.
