Getting to know Josephine Etta

We offer same-day virtual and in-person psychiatric services from 6 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, serving the DFW metroplex, El Paso, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and all cities in Texas. We also provide video visits for patients in Arizona. Our flexible psychiatric services are available either in-person or from the comfort of your home, with medications sent via e-script to the pharmacy of your choice. We provide psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, formulate treatment plans, and manage medications. Our care is compassionate and non-judgmental. As Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with many years of experience, we hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive and individualized mental health care using a holistic approach for pediatrics, teens, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. We empower you to achieve a state of balance and well-being through medication and psychotherapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
