Dr. Gizersky is active in teaching medical residents and student doctors and is an advocate for integrative medicine. “I believe that internal medicine is the specialty that manages the complexities of the internal environment of the human body and optimizes how you interact with your external environment.” “Many of the diseases I see come from maladapted internal reactions to improper external stressors that ask the body to perform functions it was never intended to do.” “You can’t successfully manage bothersome symptoms unless you identify the root cause of the problem – this is how I conduct each and every patient consultation.” “I started Vitality Logix to provide people with personal, comprehensive, and expert medical care that corrects internal imbalances and improves quality of life and longevity.”

He was very attentive regarding my concerns and did a great job addressing them. I am sticking with his practice.
Very personable doctor - as an athlete he provided some valuable insight into my current training needs with actionable suggestions.
Dr. Gizersky the first doctor out of a dozen who has actually looked at my complete health history & taken the time to find out what's really going on with me. He notices nuances that even I have overlooked . He's given me confidence that I'll actually find out what's going on with my malfunctioning body! Expect to spend a little time in the waiting room, I think it's only because he's very thorough.
Dr. Gizersky was great! My first visit with him and he took time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. He did full blood work, not just the run-of-the-mill tests. Arranged for ultra sound and scans etc. very thorough. Seems sincere in wanting to get to the bottom of things. But not willing to do expensive, possibly unnecessary tests or prescriptions unless 100% needed. I usually feel intimidated by doctors or feel like they kind of blow off my concerns but Dr. Gizersky was neither of those. I also like that the scans and blood work needed were just two doors down as well. Staff was pleasant too!
Dr. Gizersky was wonderful. This was my first visit with him. He asked me to complete a detailed questionnaire, which he used as the basis for a long talk about my health. He was very helpful. I will return, and I would recommend him to anyone living in the area.

Dr. Gizersky's office was bright and clean and his staff were professional and polite. As for the doctor himself - very patient, thorough, and a good listener. First doctor I've been to in AGES that I would gladly visit again.
Really great vibe in this office in general - from the front desk staff to the doctors and assistants. It's so refreshing to walk into a doctor's office and see smiles, see cordiality and good rapport amongst staff.
I scheduled my appointment with this doctor for 10:30, Their office then changed my appointment to 10:00. Fine, no big deal. However, I got there at ten till ten and waited over an hour to see the doctor. Why change the appointment time if I could've come in at the time I originally scheduled and still had to wait? The actual appointment took at whole five minutes. And there was no apology from the doctor or staff about the inconvenience.
Was here for an annual physical. No call to tell me the appointment I booked was unavailable (ZocDoc system error maybe?) and had to be changed, no lab/blood work done on site and was sent to multiple Quest labs because some labs only performed certain tests, others weren't under my insurance. In the end a huge hassle. Gave up and found another doctor in the city instead.
I have, known Dr. Joshua Gizersky since 2008. He is, the best "Primary Physician" I ever had. He takes, the time to put in the effort and digs deep to find the root of the problem. He recommends, top specialist and just goes that extra mile to ensure his patients are having the best care. My personal opinion of Dr. G is, he #1 in Brooklyn.
