Eric Gold is a friendly and compassionate internist caring for the Brooklyn and Staten Island NY community. Dr. Gold obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital where he was awarded resident of the month.
Dr. Gold is board eligible for American Board of Internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American Medical Association. He enjoys giving back to the community and participates in many volunteer activities.

Fantastic ! I was a little nervous because being a cruise ship worker for over 20 years, this is my very first encounter with a Primary Care Physician in the United States due to my many travels around the world.
However the friendly and cordial staff at La Sante Medical made me feel calm and relaxed. The excellent service provided by Dr Gold was the best I have experienced in a long time. The friendly manner in which he interacts with his patients leaves you feeling positive and confident. I will highly recommend this doctor to anyone seeking medical assistance.

It was a regular phone call not zoom call and wouldnt treat my diabetes he said go find a dr so i can be seen in person was a waste of time and now looking again for a provider to help with diabetes and other issues scott C and so i wont recommend dr gold for zoom calls

He was very quick to dismiss my complaint. I asked for alternative aspect of care but he was very dismissive. Also I was supposed to be given a referral by his office and I reached out and did not hear back from anyone. Waste of my time and tell health visit.

I asked for referrals and advice on natural remedies for GI symptoms I was exhibiting, but this doctor was cold and dismissive. He had no questions for any of my symptoms, no "Did you try this? or that?" I repeated if there is anything natural I can do until my reffered appointment, because my symptoms are unmanageable.He told me he cannot not give me medication. I had to clarify that was not what I was asking for. Then I asked what to do again for a mental health issue and I felt like I was being dismissed, so I asked to see another doctor.He refused and said there is no one that I can talk too.I said that if he does not have information for me, can I please talk to someone else.It was like talking to a robot.When I expressed valid mental health concerns, the doctor just said he will put in a referral and go to the ER after I said I already went and they told me to follow up with my doctor. He hung up on me.I do not recommend this doctor at all I filed a complaint with their office.

I was very satisfied about seeing this doctor on my visit. Dr. Gold actually listened and addressed all my concerns. He also answered my questions without hesitation. I recommend! I have changed my current PCP to Dr. Gold!
