Initial Consultation and Psychiatric Evaluation During the first appointment, I gather information about the client’s current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. This helps me develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs. 2. Treatment options may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, therapeutic interventions, and referrals to other professionals when appropriate. 3. Ongoing Treatment and Support During follow-up appointments, I monitor symptoms, assess treatment effectiveness, review medication benefits and potential side effects, and address any concerns. Treatment plans are adjusted as needed to support the client’s progress and changing needs. 4. Education and Collaboration I provide education about mental health conditions, treatment options, medication use, and coping strategies. I encourage clients to ask questions, express concerns, and participate actively in decisions about their care. 5. Progress Monitoring and Continuity of Care I work with clients to review their progress, identify ongoing challenges, and establish realistic goals for improving their emotional well-being and daily functioning. When additional services are needed, I facilitate appropriate referrals and coordination of care. My goal is to provide compassionate, confidential, evidence-based, and individualized mental health care that empowers clients to take an active r
