I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, but at the last minute I received a call saying it had been canceled and rescheduled for Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday, the original doctor wasn’t even in the building, and another doctor had to take over her patients. I don’t believe this was professional. Canceling an appointment at the last minute, rescheduling it for the next day, and then not even being present without any explanation or communication shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time. I was very disappointed with how this was handled.
