What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients that seek personalized, holistic and patient centered care. My goal in providing care is to ensure that the values of each patient is acknowledged along with an in depth understanding of the challenges and symptoms that need to addressed while maintaining a partnership of informed care that includes joint decision making between myself and the client. The best outcomes are achieved with frequent communication and goal setting, along with education on the best options to meet ones needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

the typical first session involves and in depth 1 hour assessment of medical history, family history, social history, psychiatric history and symptoms assessment. I work closely with you on follow up visits and I'm make myself available for questions or concerns after the visit. Once symptoms are better controlled, which can take some time- I follow up twice monthly and then monthly for a symptom check and continued medication management.
