Session Information (Self-Pay Rates)
• Psychiatric Evaluation, Medication Management, Brief Psychotherapy: $350 (40 minutes)
• Psychiatric Follow-Up, Medication Management, Brief Psychotherapy: $185 (20 minutes)
These rates apply to self-pay patients. If you are using insurance, the cost of services will be determined by your insurance plan based on your specific benefits, copay, coinsurance, or deductible.

My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I aim to create a calm and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable speaking openly about what you are going through.
I take a holistic and patient-centered approach, focusing on understanding the full picture before making treatment decisions. Clear communication is important to me, and I want you to feel informed and involved every step of the way.
While my primary focus is medication management, I also provide supportive guidance and practical strategies to complement therapy and help you achieve long-term stability and overall wellness.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When we begin working together, I start with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. This helps me create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you.
In follow-up visits, we focus on your progress, how treatment is working, and any adjustments that may be needed. I also provide education and practical strategies to support your day-to-day functioning.
While my primary focus is medication management, I include supportive conversations and coordinate with your therapist when needed to ensure your care feels connected and consistent.
