The front staff were talking about me as I came out of my appointment. It was an embarrassing appointment and the Dr had a very average if not poor bedside manner. The nurse was great! I won’t come back or recommend. I’ve never felt so embarrassed after leaving a Dr.

I confirmed all my information, called multiple times, showed up to the office for my appointment and the address was completely VACANT. No one contacted me back, a huge waste of time.

I arrived early and went through the intake extremely quickly and was brought back to see the doctor almost immediately. My doctor was very receptive and very knowledgeable. I also had the feeling she really cared about my mental and physical health very much. she was not robotic nor did she just go through the motions. I was overly satisfied with her and her staff. You could tell that the staff was very busy and they worked with a sense of urgency but when they interacted with me you did not feel rushed or talked to in an uncaring way. Very satisfied with how everything went for my appointment.

Dr. Gatlin was completely un empathetic & completely unhelpful. Her demeanor was extremely rude. I needed a covid test & she refused. She was a waste of time who just wasn’t listening to my needs at all, I can’t believe I booked with the WORST doctor I’ve ever experienced in my life time at 32 years old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR GATLIN & WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE. She made me feel worse then I already did before I got there.
