Dr. Huh joined PGOMG in 2004, after working two years as an assistant professor in the OB-GYN department at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.In private practice, Dr. Huh enjoys the unique one-on-one interaction with her patients and always strives to provide the best medical care and personalized attention to her patients. She practices both general obstetrics and gynecology but has a particular interest in obstetrics (both low risk and high risk), fertility management, minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy), and menopausal medicine. Dr. Huh is a member of the California Medical Society, the San Francisco GYN Society, and has been a member of the CPMC Perinatal Quality Committee previously.
In her spare time, Dr. Huh enjoys spending time with her two young children and exploring all the wonderful activities and sites our beautiful city has to offer.
Because of the current COVID-19 as well as Shelter in Place requirements, we are offering telemedicine for consultations or appointments that may be done via a videoconference call. Please call to inquire.
For the health of our patients and our staff, we have a NO VISITOR policy in place. This includes children, so we kindly ask patients to come alone to decrease the spread of COVID-19.

This was my second visit with Dr. Julie Huh. It was clear she did not remember me at all from my previous visit some weeks ago - which I understand, she sees a lot of patients. But it bothered me that she hadn’t even taken a few minutes to review my history with her. She asked me the same set of questions all over again.
She wasn’t patient with my questions and was clearly rushing. Her attitude made me feel like she couldn’t wait for me to leave.
When a patient is in some sort of distress, they need a calm and patient doctor to explain things to them - Dr. Julie was the opposite of calm and patient. I felt much worse walking out of the clinic than I did walking in.

Julie was great but it felt very rushed like I had to be out of the office in 15 minutes. Her nurse has the worst bedside manner and was rude and short tempered. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable eith her personality even when I work in Human Resources.

As a first-time patient, I was pleased to experience nothing but warmth in Dr. Huh's office. From her receptionist to her assistant and Dr. Huh herself, everyone was friendly and lovely. Dr. Huh took her time to answer my questions and to get a full history as well as to make small talk. I never felt rushed out, which is always appreciated. Annual exams aren't the most fun, but Dr. Huh was swift and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Huh is awesome! She is very engaging and did not seem rushed at all. She asked me questions and gave me many good suggestions. My favorite thing about her though, was that she was extremely transparent about what she was doing and also warned me when things may not be covered by my insurance. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Huh!

Let's face it.. no one looks forward to meeting a new doctor or OB/GYN. Nothing prepares you or warms anyone up for the experience. That was until I met Dr Huh. She came in with such a warm and welcoming demeanor and we spent my appointment chatting while getting to business. The appointment was over before I knew it and I felt right at ease for an appointment that is often very impersonal, cold and clinical. Thanks Dr. Huh.
