“Dr. Weinstein was an excellent provider. He explained things in a clear and concise way after asking thorough questions about my medical history. He was also very personable and polite! I appreciated how he explained my birth control options and which one would be best for me based on my answers. The office was clean and I loved the adorable flowers on the ceiling while I was being examined; I could tell this office puts a lot of thought into making its patients feel comfortable. The receptionist was also very nice. I would definitely be seen here again!”

Dr. Stephen Weinstein is an experienced OB-GYN treating patients in Walnut Creek, California, and the surrounding communities. He has been in practice for more than 40 years and holds certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Weinstein is also affiliated with the Walnut Creek Campus of the John Muir Medical Center.
Originally from Seattle, Dr. Weinstein attended the University of Washington in order to pursue his medical degree. He continued his medical education at the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center. Here, Dr. Weinstein received his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Weinstein was very caring and took time to address every single question and concern I had. He even brought me to an office to discuss my concerns further and went above and beyond. I’m use to the “in and out” type of doctor who leaves it up to the nurse but I was very appreciative of Dr. Weinstein going above and beyond for me. The office manager was very kind as well and made sure I had the correct insurance I had. He is worth the trip from the city and would hands down recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Weinstein is amazing. I went to him because my current obgyn takes over a month to see her, on top of that you have a relationship with her assistant more than her. Seeing Dr. Weinstein was so easy. He addressed all of my concerns, repeated information I was unsure about and even talked to me directly on the phone. He actually calls his patients back. In addition, if there's an emergency and it's after hours, you can get into contact with him. He's great, I'd recommend him to anyone who wants to build a great relationship with their doctor that is willing to work with you to achieve your goals. A+ in my books!

Dr. Weinstein and staff are exceptional! He takes ample time to explain condition specifics in a very understandable manner and welcomes questions. Additionally, he clearly outlines options pros and cons with patient's particular needs in mind. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the practice would also be ideal or any woman who has been hedging on a very necessary check up. Above all, the amazing collages on office walls of many TLC new arrivals are perfect proof of their work!

I am so happy that I found Dr. Weinstein. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful! When I first moved to the area, I went to a place that was less-than-satisfying, so I am thrilled to have found someone whom I feel I can trust.
