All the staff are nice, while the waiting time was very long.
After reading so many positive reviews on this doctor I decided to make her my child’s new PCP. I found that she was very harsh towards my daughter. Ignoring her, pointing out her behavior etc. Not nice at all. I am severely disappointed in the treatment of my child. Within 5 minutes she was asking if my child has been evaluated to which I answered we are in the process of doing so. She goes on to tell me my child is on the spectrum and labeled her as autistic. I then ask to not label her before an evaluation and she tells me “No I want her to be labeled so she can get the help she needs” My child had to take blood work and Dr. Julie Luttinger sent in 3 nurses to hold my child down for a finger prick. My child and myself could not wait to get out of there. We will be looking for a compassionate doctor and someone who is nice to all kids whether they assume they are on the spectrum or not. You don’t treat kids bad just b/c. Horrible first impression and we will not be returning.
