What is your typical process for working with clients?

My areas of expertise include : ADHD Anxiety Bipolar Disorder Depression Grief Insomnia OCD Stress Trauma and PTSD Schizophrenia An initial evaluation consists of a comprehensive 45-60 minute session gathering information about your history and symptoms, with the goal of determining a diagnosis and treatment options. Follow-up/ medication management appointments are evidence-based and individualized 15-30 minute sessions where medication dosing and formulations are adjusted as symptoms evolve along with the implementation of therapeutic strategies.
