Getting to know Juliette Marcello
Hi, I'm Juliette! I've been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for 5 years. I earned my Master's in Nursing from The Ohio State University College of Nursing. I have experience working with individuals ages 5 to 98 for a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety/panic disorders, OCD, trauma, mood/bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, and ADHD. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and those in transitional periods of life, whatever those may be. I am licensed and can see patients in the states of Ohio and New York.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Our first appointment is about 60 minutes long. We’ll review your history and talk about your primary concerns before discussing treatment options. At our 30 minute follow ups, we’ll check in on how your medications are working and discuss any additional concerns. I believe that medication is just a tool in achieving mental wellness, so I like to integrate brief psychotherapy into our follow up appointments.
Talking about your mental health can be scary- whether it’s the very first time or the one hundredth time. My hope is that you walk away feeling validated and understood. I also want to be sure you are comfortable with whatever plan we come up with and have all of your questions answered.
I do not prescribe stimulants, but am happy to discuss other options for ADHD.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
After booking an initial assessment with me, you will be asked to register with my Headway platform or my assistant will enter this information for you - this includes your name, DOB, phone number, email address, and insurance information.
I use the Headway platform in order to bill insurance. For self-pay clients, I request payment at the time of booking via PayPal or Venmo or we can charge your credit card on file.
You will receive an email and a phone call from one of our lovely assistants (Mary or Ela), asking you to sign a consent to treat form and enter a method of payment on Headway in case of co-pay. Please check your spam folder as well.

I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL OR A LINK TO JOIN MY APPOINTMENT . Then charged a 125 dollar NO SHOW FEE ! I was ripped off ! I then contacted the provider with no response . I would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone , as it is an easy way for them to not send an appointment link and then charge your card 125! Completely unprofessional!
