Dr. Mendoza is very knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. He’s very attentive and thorough. He answered all my questions. It was one of the best and most comprehensive physicals and medical examinations I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him. Dr. Lynn Zhang recommended him after I had an appointment with her at Juno. Dr. Zhang also was highly competent and very helpful. They were both friendly and took the time to know my history and explain things. Lameell Halls at Juno was also extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. I came to Juno for a refill due to my doctor being away and decided to stay and keep coming there because of them. I can’t emphasize the great care, attention, and competence. I highly recommend Juno in Harlem, but more specifically Dr. Mendoza, Dr. Zhang, and Mr. Halls.

I arrived at least 15 minutes before my check-in and was directed to check-in on the kiosk and then taken in the room immediately after. When I met with Dr. Mendoza he introduced himself and was very personable.
Dr. Mendoza was very thorough and knowledgable. He explained everything to me and made me aware of the significance
of all test. He has very great customer service! He pretty much answered all my question before I could asked and still checked in to see if I had any additional questions. Please note he also has 6yrs of experience and not 4yrs. I’m definitely recommending him as a Provider and the entire practice to everyone I know!

Today was my first time to the doctor is quite some time and the staff at the office was quick to welcome me as I walked thru the door and it felt like I have always gone there. The doctor was super informative and explained himself well along with making feel like it was a conversation instead of getting talked at like other places . 10/10 would recommend Doctor Mendoza and his amazing team!

I saw Dr. Mendoza for my annual physical and to establish a primary care physician after moving to the city. He is the (what feels like an increasingly rare) type of doctor who truly takes his time, listens, and goes out of his way to clearly explain every step of the visit. When he called me with my lab results, he spent several minutes discussing each result with me and establishing a comprehensive plan to address an abnormality that showed up (while easing my anxieties about what it could mean). No doctor I've had in the past has been so thorough and communicative. Bonus: The office is very clean and comfortable, and the Juno Medical staff are responsive and friendly.

He clearly explained things and was very nice. I enjoyed how smoothly the technology they were using went. One of the reasons I left my old practice is the lack of technology and anticipated methods.

Dr. Mendoza is excellent! Spent a long time listening to me explain my medical history and recent concerns and didn't rush me. He explained every result from the vitals and tacked on additional tests to my annual bloodwork based on my conversations. Extremely considerate of my comfort level and had great bedside manners. I've seen a nurse practitioner and a gynecologist from this practice and they have all been outstanding. I like that they're integrated as well because Dr. Mendoza could see all my labs and gynecology history easily.

Juno is a great place... From the staff and the Doctors...They also offer OBGNY ...They were quick and efficient... When I say my appointment was at 2:45 and I was seen at 2:45... They don't pay around... Very friendly... I love it here!... I found a new primary care doctor which I am happy with!

Dr. Mendoza was fantastic. Really personable and friendly. Also was very easy to get in and see the doctor. My only quibble is that they are very busy in this clinic and the doctor forgot exactly what bloodwork he had ordered. I had to tell the nurse about an additional test that the doctor wanted me to get but forgot to inform her about.
