Dr. Juliya Fisher is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship trained dermatologic surgeon, focusing on the treatment of skin cancer with Mohs micrographic and facial reconstructive surgery. Dr. Fisher has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of complex skin cancers and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.
Outside of her passion for medical dermatology, Dr. Fisher specializes in pan-facial rejuvenation using the latest techniques in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, laser surgery and other innovative cosmetic procedures. Dr. Fisher believes in helping her patients enjoy beautiful and natural results.
Dr. Fisher received her medical degree with distinction in research from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, graduating at the top of her class with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and receiving the Benjamin Bender Award for Excellence in Clinical Dermatology. She trained in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Fisher went on to complete a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Fisher is a dedicated educator and actively teaches residents in all aspects of dermatology at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Brooklyn. Her research has been presented at national conferences and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. In her personal life Dr. Fisher is a black-belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys traveling around the world and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Fisher was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns after having a strange reaction to injections at another office. She explained her thought process in narrowing down the medication to the address the issue and thankfully the issue went away quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Fisher!

The office was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Juylia was excellent, very intelligent, caring and empathetic. Overall very helpful. She took ample amount of time to listen to my concerns and evaluate me. She was thorough and explained herself clearly. She included me in creating a real treatment plan instead of just throwing prescriptions at me and dismissing me like other doctors have done. I’m so glad I went, & would recommend to everyone. Also, there is a city parking garage directly across the street that I prepaid for on Spot Hero so I didn’t have to worry or stress about that.
