What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate and patient-centered — which means I'm genuinely interested in your whole story, not just a checklist of symptoms. I believe mental health is a core part of overall wellness, and I'll meet you where you are. Appointments are collaborative. I'll listen carefully, ask questions, and work with you to create a plan that reflects your goals and your life. You'll never feel rushed or dismissed here.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first visit is really about getting to know you. We'll talk through what's been happening in your life, your history, your goals, and any medications or treatments you've tried before. From there, I'll share my clinical impressions and we'll talk through next steps together. Whether that may be starting or adjusting medication, exploring additional support and treatment options, or simply monitoring how you're doing. Follow-up visits give us a chance to check in, make any needed adjustments, and make sure the plan is actually working for you. Please know I want every visit to feel like a partnership.

You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292).
