unprofessional home office, and did not even bother to perform routine checkup tests because it's too difficult for his staff to find out the cost from my insurance (which is 100% free) so he expects his patients to find out all costs.

First of all Justin Fong is not a dermatologist, so he could not be helpful. I would never in future recommend him as a dermatologist throug ZocDoc

I was brought into the office very quickly, which was refreshing. Dr Fong was very professional though not stuffy, more than willing to have a lengthy conversation, and didn't strike me as at all antiquated. He was aware of the latest findings for what I was concerned about, didn't patronize me with dumbed down explanations, answered all of my questions, and beyond referring me for blood tests, recommended a couple of books as well as dietary experiments to take on while I waited for test results. Definitely one of my better medical experiences of recent memory.

Appreciated the reminder that I did not need to fill out in take paperwork so I got to see Dr promptly. Glad I was able to get an appointment on such short notice. Know now what steps I need to take to address my condition. Made interaction with health system so smooth.

I found Dr. Fong to be a consummate professional, and his office staff easy to work with & pleasant to be around. The office itself is a unique old house in Merced Heights, with a waiting room that makes you feel right at Home. As a primary care physician, I cannot recommend Dr. Fong enough.!
