“Matthew, the Nurse Practitioner, was amazing! He listened carefully to the symptoms I was experiencing, then advised that he do an EKG - I was having a heart attack! I had no idea - I thought I was experiencing heartburn. He ordered an ambulance and within 2 hours I had a stent procedure, with 99% blockage of the LAD artery.
Matthew was so compassionate and professional, and handled the situation in a calm way that helped me stay calm. He reminded me many times how good it was that I took myself to Carbon Urgent Care. He made me feel so cared for and less scared. He even called me the next day while I was in the hospital.
I will be forever grateful to Matthew and Carbon for providing the diagnosis and care I needed, immediately. Thank you, Matthew and the staff at Carbon Urgent Care.”

Provider had a condescending/ marginalizing tone with me the entire time and did not recommend any specific medications to help with the reason for my visit. It was quite humiliating.

My infants stats right away and was very accommodating. The MD was thorough and made sure my baby was keeping down my breastmilk. We went in for my 16 mo old presenting severe vomiting. Overall the office staff were pleasant and the office was clean. I appreciate the coffee station they had out for us.
